White Peak manages and develops high quality real estate in rapidly growing Chinese cities. Active since 2007, we offer a unique, fully in-house execution capability spanning the entire development chain – across commercial, residential and multi-purpose projects.

At present, White Peak manages three funds with aggregate committed value of RMB 3.7 billion and over 3,000,000㎡ GFA (Gross Floor Area) under development.

Investing in attractive locations in cities with strong growth prospects, our strategy is to acquire high potential value-add assets in selected Chinese markets. To date, all investment projects in our portfolio are wholly owned by White Peak, allowing us to retain full control over all projects without the involvement of local partners.

Taking a European approach to management and governance, we have collaborated closely with the Tsinghua-Gammon Construction Safety Research Center at Tsinghua University to set benchmarks for Health & Safety in China’s real estate industry.
